全球光伏发电装机容量增四成

欧洲光伏发电产业协会(EPIA)日前发布的数据显示，截至2012年底，全球光伏发电累积装机容量达到1亿200万千瓦，比1年前增长44%。除了最大 市场德国表现坚挺之外，中国、美国和日本市场也迅速扩大。中国已超过美国，在累积数据方面跃居世界第3位。全球市场今后有望以年均3千万千瓦左右的规模持 续扩大。

皇明再曝行业潜规则 太阳能热水器三五年或报废

5月15日电(能源频道 史建磊)昨日下午，皇明集团再度召开曝潜强标发布会，据了解，此次曝潜直指现有太阳能热水器不锈钢内胆“胆结石”，导致腐蚀、漏水和穿孔，三五年就会整机报废。与以往不同的是，这次除了曝光潜规则外，皇明集团提出了解决方案，并推出专为中国水质设计的UTAC抗垢腐“五防机”。有人称，皇明一边曝光潜规则，一边推出自己的产品，有商业利益掺杂其中，有失公正，不过黄鸣称，只曝潜不提解决方案，才是行业最大的悲哀和不公。

近期，中国国内光伏市场的启动广受业内外关注，而光伏补贴电价政策的出台则成为国内市场启动的关键因素。 在14日举行的SNEC(2013)上海光伏展上，国家发改委能源研究所副所长王仲颖表示，目前各方对电价补贴政策已形成统一意见，特别是涉及分散式光伏的度电补贴已有明确定论。

浙江在线05月14日讯（通讯员 富岑滢）“老童，把电卖给国家电网，以后你可从‘交电费’变成‘收电费’了”。5月13日下午，在杭州萧山新塘街道，邻居们笑着打趣童关平。当天下午3点，在杭州市电力局萧山供电局工作人员的顺利操作下，杭州首个居民“屋顶光伏电站”在这里并网。
